7月17日 開不了心一想起再累也是要做人 我的思緒便繃緊 誰又要大家比我還擔心 胡亂地鼓勵人 一想起往日某段抱憾 不要用笑話迫我暫時興奮 難道怕我一不快便輕生 輪流伴我談心 放心 不開心就不開心 也別勉強的慰問 但求隨著我的心 灑脫地尊重我的傷感 別要 不開心便找開心 去避過我的良心 消化憂鬱後 才令我拾回自信心 一想起戰亂破壞了文明 我怎可以沒知覺 告訴我幸好這裡沒飢荒 難道便可快樂 一想起我們有話要講 未曾被聽見便閉幕 猶幸我愛惜這個地方 仍然盛放 不開心就不開心 也別勉強的慰問 但求隨著我的心 灑脫地尊重我的傷感 別要 不開心便找開心 去避過我的良心 消化憂鬱後 才令我拾回自信心 不開心便找醫生 吃藥吃到不會恨 但求藍調更興奮 迫我大笑情況更傷感 不開心未必不堪 快樂也要找原因 一瞬間低落 然後我自然又再生 最後塵埃跌定 我便會翻生 7月16日 不是吧! 唔認得?剛剛在葵芳地鐵站踫到有個女仔和我打招呼; 腦海正努力地搜索她是誰的時候, 她就跟我說: 中銀客戶服務主任.
心想: 我才跟她見過一次面而已.

7月1日 我的DIY日記 - 3昨日在公司收到同事給我制作"護膚品"的評價, 之前做了一支HAND CREAM及EYE CREAM給SAMANTHA, 看到她們 這樣高興, 自己也覺得有少少成就感.
* 這個實驗有點危險性, 忘了戴上手套, 因為溶解性十分快 (小蘇打10ML + 檸檬酸30ML + 水60ML)
而我低估了這麼快速變冷而做成玻璃破碎 V _ V"
而我又開始製作潤唇膏(用了BERGAMOT EO及GERANIUM EO);
MP皂除了加上藍色色素又加上了橙花EO;
再次做了一支HAND CREAM, 而成份和上次的不同了(用了JOJOBA OIL 及 LAVENDER EO)
最後做了一支REFRESH MASSAGE OIL (SWEET ALMOND OIL+ PEPPERMINT EO + ROSEMARY EO)
